Any idea how to solve this miscalculation?

I'm stuck with these mails as both Apple Mail and Kerio Client claim to get a timeout when moving the mails to trash.

Hello,

I would re-index the user's mailbox via the Kerio Connect Webadmin.

Then close Apple Mail, and search for files named "Envelope Index" as per this Apple Support article:

http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11704

Then relaunch Apple Mail, and it will re-index locally.

If there is still a discrepancy I would recommend that you open a support ticket, in order that we can investigate the problem in more depth.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

Did both - re-indexing in Kerio Webadmin as well as in Apple Mail.

As said above - this is no Apple Mail prob. It can be reproduced on several (different OS X Versions) machines logged to the same account as well as on the Kerio Connect Client.

Apple Mail on 10.7.5 says (other than Mavericks):

Ā»1 Message - 91 DuplicatesĀ« - whatever that means.
