Hello all,

We have one user who works remotely via a secure VPN and up until now, this hasn't been an issue. However, starting today whenever he launches Outlook 2010 KOC stays in Offline mode.

I had him reboot his computer and reconnect to the VPN, which is showing a secure/stable connection, however we can't get outlook to go online, usually a reboot and reconnect takes care of it for us.

We are running Kerio 8.2.1.

Any ideas on how to get his KOC to connect?

Ping etc. to the server is working?

Can he access the Kerio client in the web browser trough the VPN tunnel?

Yes, he can access the webclient from the VPN tunnel. Odd thing is, he was using outlook 2010 earlier in the day, then all of a sudden it went offline.
