hello guys, i have one user who intermittently not receiving external mail.

For example, External User A send mail to internal User A and Internal User B.

Internal User B receives the email but Internal User A who is also on the copy of the email is not receiving email.

I had checked the mail logs, there is only a mail for Internal User B but there is no log for Internal User A.

Internal User A has a valid email address as seen also on the email copy of Internal User B.

Any ideas guys, on how to troubleshoot this issue? I'm at my wits end. Really don't know what to do.
