hello,

I bought an MDM solution to manage my business devices (phones and tablets).
Can I configure kerio's ActiveSync only with ip of MDM server?
Also I need the webmail continues to run normally.

I think you are confused about what MDM does. You should use your MDM tool to configure your phones and tablets to access your Kerio ActiveSync.

Also your graph is incorrect, MDM should have no association with the Kerio server at all.

The graph has been simplified but I assure you that it is.

Smartphones do not communicate directly with the kerio server but pass through the cloud MDM server that communicates with another server installed in my network which communicates with the kerio server.

Anyway I think I've found a way to redirect the activesync traffic to a single IP address by configuring the "user access policy."

I'm doing the tests these days.
