Is it possible to install a TE122 in to an existing Operator 3210 appliance?

We have a 3210 running in our office, but we've run in to some call quality issues using a dedicated Time Warner cable internet circuit to provide bandwidth to the Kerio. We're considering three options:

PRI - Nothing beats TDM over a locked frequency backhaul.

DIA T1 - 1.5 mbps of regulated bandwidth, but doesn't solve latency and non-deterministic routing problems over the public internet back to our carrier.

Time Warner Fiber Internet - Time Warner has PON based fiber in our area, which we could get at 20x20 mbps.

In my experience, a PRI is the most reliable form of telephony, but I like the flexibility of VoIP on our LAN. Spending $500 on the card, then transitioning to a PRI is really attractive in the face of an onslaught of user complaints about call quality.

Yes, it's possible to add the card. The box has a single PCI slot.
