Hi,

When using the new web mail if you have the reading pane off then double click a message to read it, it doesn't seem to get marked as read.
Has anyone else seen this?

Hello zebby,

I'm not able to reproduce that here - which browser(s) are you using?

All the best,

Neil.

Hi Neil,

Problem seems to only exist in IE11. Users using Firefox 28 don't have any issue.

We are using KC 8.2.2 BTW.

Hi zebby,

Kerio Connect v8.3.0 will have enhanced support for IE11, so that should fix your issue.

It's not out yet, but it shouldn't be far off - our developers have posted elsewhere on the forums that it should be out within 4 weeks.

Meantime, please be sure to update your current version to v8.2.4 to deal with the OpenSSL Heartbleed issue.

All the best,

Neil.

OK cool..
We patched the server on Friday for Heartbleed, do we still need the 8.2.4 update?

The full update includes some other bug fixes as well, so probably worth it if you have the time.....

We had the same issue, but after setting webmail to compatibility mode, it resolved itself.
