Howdy guys,

got a quite strange problem, my employees are unable to see the junk e-mail in their Office Outlook accounts, So when I check over the web there is a spam in Junk email folder but none in their Outlook folder. I tried to check if the IMAP folders are synchronized and yes every IMAP folder on the server should be synchronized to the outlook. But still there is none.

I have tried to use the Kerio Outlook Connector, It was working well, it was showing junk mail and everything, but yesterday it crashed Mad to the point where I had to switch back to IMAP. (Outlook unable to start, found quick info online it was involving restarting server and deleting some folder inside clients folder on the server etc.)

So any of you guys experienced the same problem the inability to see junk mail in junk mail folder ? Any TIP how to repair it ? I tried Google but found nothing relevant to my problem. Confused

Thx guys, have a nice day.

Hi Mcx,

My recommendation would be to create a new Outlook profile and setup the account using Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition), since this is the preferred/recommended method to use with Outlook/Kerio Connect.

It would then be wise to investigate why it crashed last time - in which case it might be necessary to raise a support ticket with us, in order that we can investigate more thoroughly.

Best regards,

Neil.
