Since the update to Kerio Connect 8.2.4 last week, sending email and logging into the webmail seems a lot slower. Loading the webmail login page can take up to 20 seconds, sending email 10 - 20 seconds. Nothing else changed on the server.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Update from what version?
Looks like slow DNS problem to me. I think you can do a network packet dump to find more.

I'll try it via Wireshark and post the results here.

Where can I send the Wireshark results to?

You can use "Report a bug link" at http://www.kerio.com/support/technical-support#

But I think you should look at the dump yourself and try to find delays in communication.

What is your memory consumption like?

Since installing 8.2.4 we have see an increased memory consumption until we have to restart the server.

Also CPU activity has gone from 2 or 3% to 25% according to Kerio's system health

Towards 50%, I have no idea how it was before 8.2.4. The history doesn't go back further than 1 day.
