Hello everybody!

I have an issue with Connect 8.2.3 (2453) and Outlook 2010/2013/Thunderbird.

When I receive mail in Outlook/Inbox it shows only one mail, while Outlook/Deleted Items is empty. But when I delete that mail from Outlook/Inbox it shows two mails in Outlook/Deleted Items.

While working online, that issue is not happening. If I delete one mail from web/inbox, one mail will go to web/deleted items.

In Outlook there are no specified rules, everything is stock settings. All of our 40 users have this problem. Same thing is happening in Mozilla Thunderbird. We use IMAP.

What should I do in this situation?

Thank you very much!

Yes, Outlook with IMAP. Sounds crazy, but that's the way it is. And it works. Except this duplicating.

Same "problem" here.
But only with outlook 2013. 2010 works fine.
Any solution?

Well, after some time, I realized that I must use Outlook Connector to solve this problem. After installing and setting up Outlook Connector, everything works fine and there are no duplicate mails.

Outlook connector plays crucial role between web based email account to desktop based application interface. However, duplicate email can be avoided through best rule settings in MS Outlook without collision.
