We are struggling with users persisting to call other users on mobile numbers instead of using their internal extension number, which could then be answered on the Kerio iPhone app.

I have tried to find a way to block the mobile numbers, but haven't found a way of doing this, unless barring all mobile numbers for example.

As a workaround, I wanted to create a speed dial of the users mobile number 07977123456 for example, to their extension 700. But it seems there is a maximum length of 10 digits for speed dials, so this doesn't work either.

Could speed dial length be increased? Or does anyone have another workaround for this?

Many thanks

Hi,

you can use call permissions to achieve that.

We will consider increasing the maximum extension length. However, if you do it that way, you won't be able to reach the mobile numbers at all (including user configurable call forwarding, etc.).

Hi Filip, I will try this using call permissions, thanks.

However, I would prefer to use the speed dial to achieve this, as it will transparently use the internal extension number.

If you could increase the maximum speed dial length in the next version, I would be most grateful.
