Hi,

One of my colleagues turned on Archiving without realizing the impact that it would have, if I turn off archiving will all emails be returned to the recipient or will they just sit in the archive folder stagnant?

What archiving do you mean? In Outlook or on server?

In such case just disable archiving. It does not remove emails from mailboxes. It stores copy of each message. More information can be found at http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on/archiving-and-backup/archiving-in-kerio-connect-1164.html

So it is more like a journal rather than a archive?
