I don't know what you are trying to ask here. Your server IP address is on many blacklists: http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a91.98 .235.36&run=toolpage

You (or your ISP) has to solve the underlying problem first. Only when your problem is solved, you should ask for a de-list, otherwise you get listed again. See the details on your IP below:

From Spamhaus:

Quote:
IP Address 91.98.235.36 is listed in the CBL. It appears to be infected with a spam sending trojan, proxy or some other form of botnet.

It was last detected at 2014-04-22 04:00 GMT (+/- 30 minutes), approximately 2 hours, 30 minutes ago.

It has been relisted following a previous removal at 2014-04-21 12:45 GMT (17 hours, 45 minutes ago)

This IP is infected (or NATting for a computer that is infected) with a spam-sending infection. In other words, it's participating in a botnet. If you simply remove the listing without ensuring that the infection is removed (or the NAT secured), it will probably relist again.
