I had disabled my interfaces call routing for some testing. Then I re enabled them all.

Now when a caller calls Kerio accepts the call and my phones ring with the correct caller id, but when I answer the call, I hear silence and the rest of the phones keep ringing. The caller just hears endless ringing.

No idea what to do, I can call out it works as expected.

rebooted also, current version 2.3.0 beta 2 build 2986

Not sure if my fiddling with call routing had anything to do with it.

Hi Joseph,

it sounds like some SIP packets are getting lost. Are the phones in the same network as Operator?

In order to help you, I'll need you to do the following:
1. Enable debug logs: Asterisk, Asterisk(detailed)
2. Start packet sniffer
3. Make a test call to demonstrate the issue
4. Create a support info file (link at the bottom of the System Health screen)

Email everything back to me (fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com).

Best
Filip
