Hi

I have the problem that Kerio (current trial) does not receive mails. The MX records in DNS are set. But it gets the error "550 5.1.1 <ABC<_at_>XY.ZDF>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table".
Sending mail works.

Also I can not connect to the server with the Messenger, even though I've opened all the ports listed under Kerio ->Services in the firewall.

If I turn off the firewall completely it goes, but only the messenger. Mails still come not in.

I have no more ideas, so I ask for a tip. Wink

Mike

P.S.
Sorry for the english, i´m from germany

Check your firewall and ISP - there is some another SMTP product or inspection. "Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table" is not from Kerio Connect, for sure.

or DNS records are wrong and you send message to another mail server, not to Kerio Connect. Unfortunately with "XY.ZDF" it's only guessing.
