hi everyone,

since a few days we are having issues with the kerio plugin for salesforce.

on the salesforce website there is a small windows of kerio wich shows the call status of that user.
but since a few days it only shows dailed/dailing numbers without the contact information.
it shows a error notification that it cant load "Apex-klasse kerio__.KerioOperatorOpenCti"
does any one know how i can troubleshoot this issue?
i cant find anything about this in the logs of the kerio operator.

salesforce says it is not there plugin so they wont offer support...

Maybe they changed something in the API we use for the integration. We will check that.

We were able to reproduce it, so no need for the log files now.

It's hard to estimate right now.

Salesforce has released API version 30. Operator is using version 28 and we suspect they broke something in 28 when they released 30. We are talking to their support but there are no results so far.

Update: we now have a work-around that might work. We are now waiting for Salesforce to confirm if the solution is going to be stable. We might have a patch in 1-2 days.

1. In Salesforce, go to Setup.
2. In the Quick Find, type Call Centers and click Call Centers in the tree.
3. Click the Edit link beside your call center.
4. In "Package Namespace Prefix" remove "kerio" (leave the empty string).
5. In "Package Apex Class Name" change to "kerio.KerioOperatorOpenCti".
6. Click Save.

Unfortunately I don't know this yet, but I strongly believe it is a fix (and also it will be).
