Hello.

Frequently I get these kind of errors (part from debug log):

[25/Apr/2014 15:50:45][3060] {admin} JSON-API: User -----<_at_>ukaz.kz; Function Users.set was called.
[25/Apr/2014 15:50:46][3060] {admin} Exception raised: code=1000, message=Failed to update user XXXXXX, internal database error.
[25/Apr/2014 15:50:46][3060] {admin} JSON-API: User ----<_at_>ukaz.kz; Function Users.set was finished in 1.23 seconds.

It happens when I try to save changes made to user setting in admin interface but not on every user in the list and I cannot identify the pattern!

Anyone can explain the reason?

I run Connect 8.2.4 (2550) linked to AD.

Boris

Hello,

If your Kerio Connect is bound to AD you should make changes in your user settings via Kerio AD extensions in your AD.

Probably there are some AD policies applied for the user and that's why changing via Kerio Connect web admin won't work.

EG: Security policy for complex passwords. You might be trying to change user's password in your Kerio Connect web admin but it does not match with your AD security policy.

I hope it helps.

All the best,

Jonas
