hi

a problem by one client.

OS Windows 7, MS Office 2010 SP 2, Kerio Outlook Connector, Kerio 8.2.4 (2550)

The public folder is not available. We try to clear the cache-folder under C:\User\AppData\Local\Kerio and resync outlook but the public folder is still not available.

What else can we do?

In the webmailer the user has access to the public folder.

Hi Philipp,

Instead of just clearing the cache have you tried removing the Outlook profile completely and rebuilding from scratch? It is worth trying in case something is wrong with the actual database files. This would be my suggestion to try first. When you re-do the Outlook profile give it a slightly different name so there is no chance of it picking up any old data from the previous profile.

I hope this helps.
All the best,
Vicky
