We are using the Kerio Operator for our small VOIP environment. One user is complaining about having a low incoming and outgoing volume, other callers report they have a difficult time hearing her. She has turned the volume up on her phone, but this has not remedied the issue.

We are using Snom 370 headsets, and have been through the User's manual, but after making any and all changes that we can on her device, we feel like we need to be able to up the mic volume and handset volume on her phone. I've been through the Kerio Operator console, and cannot see any place to adjust the volume or gain directly.

Anyone out there know how this is done? Sure, it is a minor issue, but one we would love to get fixed!

Yes - and it was successful. I VPN'd into the company network, went to https: //<IP of Snom 370>/ advanced.htm and was able to log into the phone's web interface and adjust the volume!

(apparently, I can't post links until I have at least 5 messages, so I had to break the URL up)
