Hi there,

when i send a mail through the web interface, this mail appears in the sent items folder as it should.
But if i send a mail through thunderbird or outlook, it is not stored in my account.

Is it possible to tell Kerio that every sent mail should be stored in the "sent items" folder of the senders mailbox?

Perhaps some kind of filter rule?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Philipp,

I presume that you have the account setup as IMAP; if you were to use Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) with outlook this should not happen.

In both email clients, under the account settings there are "Folder options" where you can choose the location of stored copies.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I would prefer do do the sorting directly on the server rather than on the clients.
But it seems Kerio doesn't contain such a feature.

Interesting, as I've always seen this handled on the client side. I'm curious; what server have you used that does this server side?
