I have just setup an FTP site in IIS and have been trying to get Kerio to play ball with the Traffic rules but for some reason the FTP rule I have setup does not work. The site works fine internally but externally it appears to connect and prompts for credentials but 10 seconds after that the site times out.

Is there anything in Kerio outside that traffic rule that could be causing issues with FTP? I have other services setup in Kerio going to the same server and they work fine.
