I have two domains on my Kerio Connect host. I want them to have a shared Global Address book. It appears that in order to do that I have to set *all* public folders as shared across the domains. This means setting shared folders as "global for all domains" on the domains section in administrator. I also found the knowledgebase document about it. So far so good. Looking things over, I have a couple questions.

  • The 'Contacts' public folder appears to really be the global address book. If I don't copy this folder, KC will automatically re-create it with names from both domains, correct?
  • Once I restart KC, do I have to re-apply permissions to public calendars, folders, etc?

Personal calendar free/busy searches seem to work across domains, so that's good!

Advice appreciated.
