I have a user who uses the Connect Client for working with a department email. She also has Outlook that pulls email from a different email account. She has started to have some strange issues after upgrading to Kerio Connect 8.2.4.

First off her email signature seems to revert back at the end of the day. She will change it in the morning and by the next day it is back to what it was before.

The second thing is that she forwards a lot of emails to another user, and these emails have attachments. The issue here is that the attachment is not available. Outlook has the attachment icon, however its not there to download. This also shows this way in the Web Client. She switches to the Old Web Client and forwarding works just fine. I am not sure where to look now, I have cleared the browsers cache and cleared the cache in Outlook and it is still behaving this way.

Anyone have any suggestions for my next step in trying to identify and resolve this issue?
