I received this message from a user today:
Quote:
When folks are sending meeting requests, I am getting notification in Outlook and my phone but not in Kerio. I use Kerio as my primary. The meeting will be in my calendar but I will not get email notification

Does the Kerio client quietly hide the actual meeting request e-mail and display it only in the user's calendar? It also occurred to me that this is a timing issue -- either Outlook or the phone read the request, process it into the calendar, then delete the message.

Check what account she's getting the invite on and what account the actual event gets put into.

It's all the same account: Web client, Offline Connector, iPhone using active Sync. No aliases.

Is she using the old or the new client? The new client doesn't seem to use (or show?) the invite emails, but shows the number of unanswered invites somewhere. I forgot where, but hidden enough to easily escape noticing.
