Hi All

I was wondering if someone could provide some feedback when you have a chance
Im getting the follow error report when we invite a person to a shared calendar in Kerio & I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue before?

Steps that cause this issue

1) User X goes to shared resources calendar in iCal (MAC app)
2) User X creates new entry
3) User X invites people
4) User A gets invite & accepts but gets below error
5) User C gets invite & accepts but gets below error & so on for each user
6) iCal show user A not having accepted the invite even though an event has been created in there iCal

On a side note the original event in the shared resource still shows the "no / error icon" even after User A has accepted & when user C accepts the orignal iCal event in the shared resourcse shows a Question mark icon (?) even when User X restarts iCal on local machine

for points 4-6 please see attached screenshot

Also we recently had to re-import all data into this calendar as a user deleted all data! Mad
The data was imported from a backup of an ics file & this file was imported by going file --> import --> Selecting ics file --> then selecting the officediary ical

The above import was done through the ical app on MAC & Kerio was restarted after the import

After testing an invite to an outside gmail account the below bounce back doesn't seem to be happening (as best I can tell but it could still be on the way) & the error message seems to be happening only internally (User A - I are on the same network using the same email userA@domain.com userB<_at_>domain.com and so on)

Shared resource calendars cannot be used for creating meeting invitations. If you want to add a resource into the meeting, do it as a location or another attendee.

Resource administrators can delete (reject) meeting in resource calendar or create a simple events in the calendar. Not meeting invitations.
