Hello,

I'm working for a school and i've been asked to look up how make automatic mail invitation when inviting a user to an event, so they can reply if they would or would not be there, the thing is that when I add a mail from outside of our school network (We have an Active Directory with the student, teacher ect..) like "name.surname@gmail.com" it works fine the mail goes and the person can choose yes no or maybe, but when I add someone from the school like name.surname<_at_>myschool.com, it doesn't work, I don't get why, sorry if my post is a bit confused my english is not that good.

Thanks.

You should look to the logs in WebAdmin: error log, warning log, mail log... see if messages were send, what was the result.
Additionally enable some modules in debug log for more detailed logging.

Without logs it's only guessing, logs are the first you should check.

One idea: are your AD users activated in Kerio Connect? I guess you are able to send messages to users in all domains except your local "myschool.com". It's probably because the users don't exist in domain (they are not activated), so messages are refused, or server do not relay them.
If your local domain is "myschool.com", but users' mailboxes are in fact on other server(s), messages will not be relayed.
