Dear All,

I have Kerio Connect in windows server 2008 and I am encountering an error in Kerio saying : server has reached its limit for processing requests to your host. That error appear while tracking the mail from the status section. I do get another error say: 4.4.1 cannot connect to the relay host. I face the problem when users send from local to global (using SMTP).

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Is this happening on every email you are sending out, or just to a particular email address or email domain (like every email address at <_at_>TheirDomain.com)?

How is your email sending setup? To me, it sounds like maybe you are relaying your outgoing email through another server, and that server is maybe saying you have reached your limit of how many I will send out for you.
