Hi,

one of our customers is currently using a Kerio Mail Server that should relay outgoing mails via pop before smtp.

We have two different server for relay and for auth.
Relay: mxserver.company
Auth: popserver.company
User: smtp.relay
Port 143 or 110 can be used

is it possible to configure Kerio to use this relay config?
What we tried but didn't work:
Relay Server Hostname: mxserver.company
Port 143 or 110
Relay Server requires authentication yes
User: smtp.relay<_at_>popserver.company
Pass: ****
POP3 before SMTP

the auth server didn't get any login activity from our user and we didn't see any auth error in the kerio log.

Any suggestions?

Thanks and kind regards
