Very intermittent, sometimes e-mails from overseas bounce back, here's the NDR and smtps log:

Have you seen this "No such file or directory" before? Any idea what file or directory is it referring to?

The error indicates that Kerio Connect server did not receive data in two minute time period and network connection has reached a timeout due to inactivity. Probably some firewall or antispam appliance is delaying the email content for too long.
