Hi all,
we have a problems with the "Out of Office" messages, when a user go out on vacations and activate the "Out of Office" Message, we have to take it out from the mailgroups the user is member of, to avoid the "out of office message" be sent every day to the people that sent emails to the mailgroup.

I was looking for this subject in the list, and I found as solutions adding a mailfilter before the 'out of office' rule to stop procesing rules when the user email is not in the "To" field, but is there a way to modify the rule that create the Out of Office and add that line? so the messsages only be sent when the email of the user is in the "To" field? Is it possible to edit the mailfilter for the Out of the Office messages for not to be sent unless the email is sent directly to the user?

We use Kerio Connect 7.4.3.

Thanks and best regards,
Alberto Medina

Hi Alberto

Do you mean mailing lists or user groups? I believe that any out of office message is no longer sent to internal groups. this was added in newer editions of Connect. You really should consider upgrading.

Hope this helps.
