Надеюсь найдется специалист понимающий русский язык.
Пытаюсь запустить Kerio Softphone (KS), указываю логин, пароль, url - https://hostname or ip/sipClient/api/xml/
в доп.настройках снята галочка "проверка TLS сертификата".

пробовал с http и https, ни в одном случае не получается залогиниться, ошибки на экране в обоих случаях разные. Логи в KO тоже выдают сообщения разные, но при этом в Auth показывает, что сессия открыта - [22/May/2014 14:03:12] isp - Session opened for host 192.168.95.18 from Softphone. User-Agent: Android|D5503|4.4.2/2.2.0.56637/98E303ED99520EF58772387B4F31 E39B657A99A6|||Operator Android 2.2.0.
в Error - [22/May/2014 14:03:47] SipClient::printConfiguration - hostname is not configured.

если указать HTTP, то лог Warning - [21/May/2014 16:33:33] sipClient: Provisioning over HTTP which is not secure! Be sure that you know you're doing.

Приветствую!

Я тоже пробовал KS на андроиде, заплатив в магазине денег! Эта софтина так и не заработала вообще! Суппорт никоим образом не помог, хотя все настройки были выполнения в полном объеме!
В двойне было противно оттого, что это аппарат шефа, со всеми вытекающими!

Для себя проблему софтофона на андроиде шефа решил установкой Zoiper- летает без проблем, кроме FQDN имени(IP) логина и пароля ничего не надо - все сразу летает без проблем!!!

На Windows Phone тот же Zoiper или попроще Linphone!

Огрызков, слава Богу, нет!)

Для себя решил, что плотно заниматься проблемой буду после отпуска в июле и то, только потому, что перед шефом неудобно, недавно вышло обновление оператора и вообще какого художника керио с керио не работает?!!.

ЗЫ: судя по IP телефон в локалке => проверяем файерволлы, особенно каспера! может блокировать траффик; в настройках оператора доверенные сети ну и конечно:

Zoiper и другие приложения работают. Хотелось продукт Керио использовать. Не зря же денег заплатили.
Московский офис ничего сказать вразумительного не может.

Sorry guys,
But really use English on the forum. Russia isn't the only country on this forum.
I don't see Kerio guys talking Czech. Everyone use English so keep talking in English.

Sorry guys,

It's all just because, as I understood, isp don't speak English and thought that it doesn't matter what language to use.

I'll ask him about e-mail for further conversation.

And the problem is that the Kerio Operator don't work with Kerio Softphone Android. All necessary setting according to knowledge base(links in my first message in this thread) were done but helpless! Moscow(but as I understand actually they located in Europe and just speaks Russian) phone can't help with Android Kerio and send everyone to forum!

So, maybe someone can help with it? or their was an updates for the last month?(I've just returned from the vacation).

I'll check this story with our support team.

If you have issues with the Kerio Operator Softphone, you can enable verbose logging in the application (under Advanced Settings), send the log and then send the log handle to me.

From what our support told me, you need to check the DNS name of your Operator machine, see the KB article about Kerio Operator Provisioning.

I'd check all setting and still can't connect from Kerio Softphone to Kerio Operator.
I'd send log from Kerio Softphone Ref#: F8FDC1D.
Hope it's enough to solve my problem.

The debug log from the softphone shows it is unable to find provisioning server, over and over. So it's either a DNS issue or network connectivity problem. So please check the DNS name of your Operator machine and also check that the name is reachable from your smartphone - for example, using a browser.
