I have setup a shared calendar for the office administrator and everybody can see the calendar but no appointments are visible? we are using various versions of Outlook from 2007 to 2013? All appointments are visible in webmail? any help on this would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello sweetkid,

Which version of Kerio Connect are you running?

How is Outlook configured? Using KOFF?

All the best,

Neil.

As a first step please upgrade your Kerio Connect server to v8.2.4 or newer - the version that you are currently running is affected by the OpenSSL/Heartbleed issue.

Once you have upgraded, please test to see if this Calendar issue has also been resolved.

I'd recommend that you open a support ticket so that we can investigate this in more detail.

Please mention these forum posts (The fact that you have upgraded, etc) when raising the ticket.
