Hello

I am trying to use the new reply as alias feature that was added in 8.3. It seems to work fine for a user alias(eg. alias@primarydomain.com). But I do not see that I can reply as my domain alias(eg. alias<_at_>aliasdomain.com)

According to the Kerio KB I read it states I can reply as 'all my aliases'. Does this not include domain aliases?

Hello David,

That would appear to be correct.

As a workaround I set up an IMAP account using my domain alias and that worked fine (The alias address appeared in my list of accounts). I'm only running Outlook 2007 on my test machine - my guess is you could set up a second KOFF account if you use Outlook 2010 or newer.

I hope this helps.

All the best,

Neil.

Neil,

That workaround is fine for those using Outlook. But what about those that only use the webmail?

So what is Kerio going to do? Fix the bug or fix the KB article?

David

Hi David,

In Kerio Connect Client (Webmail) go to Settings->Email and enter your alias in the "Default From address" box; it will then appear in your dropdown list when you compose a new email.
