Hi there,

We have a client who is trying to book a meeting room and either gets the busy/data error message or Outlook restarts. We have run KTuninstaller and created a new profile and then configured.

Any ideas of things we can try?

Could I ask which version of Kerio Connect Server you are using?

Also which version of Outlook?

Does everything work OK if you use Kerio Connect Client (Webmail)?

Thank you Neil.

I can confirm that it is version 8.2.4 of Kerio Connect Server, I am just awaiting to access the PC in question and should have a response for you later today.

To be honest I'm not sure the facility of booking a room is available in Webmail like it is in Outlook, although you may tell me different.
