Hi there,

I have an issue that the free busy calendar is not working through outlook on an end users machine after working previously when trying to schedule meetings.

versions
windows 7 pro
outlook 2010 14.0.7116.5
kerio connector 8.2.4.25570

the free/busy calendar address is:
mail.domain.com.au:443/freebusy/%SERVER%/%NAME%

if i try to navigate to this page i get an option to accept a certificate and then get the following error

404 Not Found

The requested url /freebusy/%25SERVER%25/%25NAME%25%00 was not found on this server.

Should i be able to browse to this page or how do i begin to fault find this issue? I have tried submitting a support request on the kerio website twice but got an error when submitting, i also tried calling and the phone range out after about 3 minutes waiting on the line, good thing i have support.........

I have now tested on a mac and it appears that the free/busy calendar is working with the users credentials. Need to remove then add the users account on outlook using kerio connector and test
