Dear Sirs
We experience a very negative effect while using Kerio Connect 8.0
The issue is connected with the algorithm how autorespond (Out of Office) works.
We have an email address info<_at_>domain.com which automatically forwards all incoming emails to several internal recipients at domain.com .
Then, if one of those recipients turns personal Out Of Office on it starts sending automatic responses to all incoming emails, including those which have been forwarded from info<_at_>domain.com
It means that when any customer emails us at info@domain.com - he or she unexpectedly receives an auto response like "I am not currently at the office" what is very confusing as the customer emailed to company corporate address info<_at_> and not anybody personal email address.
It is quite obvious that Out of Office should work only in case a recipient gets a personal email, not the one which has been automatically forwarded from any another email address.
Please let us know if you planned to address this issue (obviously a bug) on some stage or may be this issue has been already sorted in any later releases of Kerio Connect and we should just upgrade to 8.1 8.3 version.

How are you forwarding mails from the info mailbox to the individual users? Have you setup a rule or are you using the user properties to do that?

I would not use forwarding in the properties. Just give users delegate access to the info mailbox and they can add the mailbox to their mail client.
