Under "Advanced Options" you'll find "allow synchronization of unsupported Exchange active Sync devices". Try to check that, as it is deactivated by default iirc.

Hi,

Enable that feature. Still no luck.

Until now,we have two problems with BB devices.

1/ A lot of emails received on Blackberry have the attachments but no typed text shows. The same email on pc is fine.

2/ Also my phone wont sync emails to my outlook account. If I don't cc myself then i wont see what I have sent from my phone, on my pc

I checked the server logs and noticed these

[02/Jun/2014 11:45:31] ASyncRequest.cpp: Failed to read ActiveSync request data from the client BB2ADB16EE, user xxxxx<_at_>xxxxx.com, client IP address YYYYYYY, User-Agent: RIM-Q10-SQN100-1/10.2.1.2141 (Content-Length header: 60, Available data: 0).
[03/Jun/2014 20:37:30] ASyncMailData.cpp: ActiveSyncMailData::SetContentPropertyStreamed: No preferred body type !?

Any ideas?

I have the same issue here. Mails arrive just with the subject, but no body when using ActiveSync. I deleted the account from the Blackberry (Q10) and used IMAP for mail sync and all is fine again now.
