Hi Peeps,

I have an issue since upgrading to 2.3.0. Transfers are not falling back to the user's voicemail. The transfer instead gets returned to the person who answered/transferred.

"Fallback to Voicemail" is checked and nothing has changed except the upgrade.

PLEASE HELP!!

Hi,

go to "Advanced Options" and check the "Blind transfer timeout". When enabled and if the timeout is shorter than the user's (transferee) voicemail timeout, transfers will be returned back to the transferrer.

Thanks! Is that a new feature?

I believe it was there from the beginning, but it wasn't configurable.

Is this still an option in 2.6? I see a timeout value but not anything about blind transfers.

Thanks!
