Can you make a traceroute from one net to another?
Also I think you don't need so long mask for dmz isn't it?

No routing needed.
I miss the firewall in the following rules
DMZ to Local Dest. Trusted, Firewall
Local to DMZ Source. Trusted, Firewall.

Why you add everywhere the Eth. cards also.

What I can see in your rules and routing table is following:
Ethernet = WAN (Untrusted zone)
DMZ (Eth.1) = DMZ (Semi Untrusted)
Ethernet 2 = Trusted/Local zone

Remove both rules regarding DMZ (Inbound/Outbound) and create one rule
Name: DMZ-Trusted
Source : DMZ, Trusted/Local Interfaces
Destination : DMZ, Trusted/Local Interfaces
Service : Any
Action : Allow

And adjust DMZ Access Internet.
Remove Ethernet because this one should already be part of Internet Interfaces.
