Since upgrading to 8.3 we are getting messages in our error log about our public folders, like this:

[09/Jun/2014 11:34:07] FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder #public<_at_>...: Cannot open database
[09/Jun/2014 11:34:07] FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder #public<_at_>...: Unexpected error 26

Is this anything to be concerned about?

Hello,

This looks like a corrupted search.fld file.

Stop Kerio Connect; navigate to the mail store/#public/Resources and delete the search.fld file.

Restart Connect and it will make another one.

Let me know if that does the trick.

Best regards,
