I need an API for the manager of contact center verify which agents are online in the call queue, the only way that we have today is to give him access to the administration interface of the operator, and we want to end this.

Someone can help?

And what about read only access to the Administration? It can be configured in User - Advanced - Server administration rights: Whole server read only.
