Not been receiving any mail and on looking through the logs mail is being rejected and stated as: 11/Jun/2014 00:54:48] IP address 66.135.215.97 found in local blacklist, mail from (edited)
The IP's are not in the blacklist and I also filtered down the blacklist from 36 pages to just 8 for easy lookup and still the same problem?

This has been happening now for the last two days and critical mail has been bounced?

Thanks in advance

This IP address 66.135.215.97 is defined in some IP group on your server and this group is used as the local blacklist. Do not forget the group can be included to another groups and you probably blacklisted it via some other group. Check also all ranges or network masks in IP groups.

Find IP address/range/mask in "IP Address Groups" and remove it, or disable completely local blacklist in "Spam Filter -> Blacklists -> Custom blacklist of spammers IP addresses"

The IP's don't even exist on the blacklists?

It probably is. Check your configuration and changes you have made two days ago. There is probably a network range instead of network mask in IP address group configuration.

The one that were being reject were definitely not in the lists?

Reduced the blacklist pages from 35 down to 4 and double checked these, now seems OK but now waiting for the barrage of spam Sad
