We have just migrated to 8.3.1 (software appliance) and we are seeing the following in our error log every 5 sec:
Socket error: Unable to bind socket to address, port 80

Would you have any pointers as to what this may be, is it related to the reverse proxy?
We currently only have the default reverse proxy rule for access to the admin interface.
