We have various equipment (servers, printers and so on) that can send e-mails in certain situations (notification among other things), and we use our Kerio Connect as the smtp server in those cases, but e-mails sent that way aren't saved to the Sent folder in the accounts we use for authentication.

Is it possible to save those sent e-mails?

I would think that you could either setup an alias on Connect to redirect a copy of those emails in to a public folder and deliver it to your existing email address you are using, or maybe enter a second email address in one those devices.

Are these devices using real Kerio Connect accounts to send? If so, this should be possible to see their Sent Items in webmail. You could also MarkK's idea of directing these messages to a public folder is a great idea.
