i have am audiocode MP-118 FXO 8 port analogue gateway which connects to my kerio box

calls just hang up randomly, i've checked configs over and over again but nothing

have screenshot of the packet sniff and it seems the kerio box is sending a bye packet to the handsets

anyone help me with this?

Hi,

is there anything worth mentioning in the error/warning logs?

This seems to be the reason why the call is ended by Asterisk in Operator. Is there just LAN between Operator and the gateway or is there some firewall in between? If so, please check the firewall (routing, filtering). Also check the default routes on the gateway and Operator.

running both kerio operator (192.168.20.2) and control (192.168.20.1) on vsphere with vlans.

i just had a look at the packet sniff again and saw that the original bye packet originated from the audiocode box (192.168.20.5)

the firewall don't see any communication from the firewall when this is happeneing...

any suggestions?

Are you able to get any debug/error log from the Audiocodes box?
