Hello all,

I have an odd question from management. Is there a way to prevent a user for forwarding an email to an outside (of our domain) email address, yet allow them to send new emails to outside email addresses?

I know I can check the option to only allow users to send/receive from their own domain, but I would still need the ability to send new emails or reply to emails from other domains.

is there a way in kerio to have a "forward blacklist", a list of domains the user can't forward email to (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.)?

No - any blacklisting or blocking would affect new emails, replies & forwards.

Unless anyone else has any ideas?

Hi there.

I'm sorry but we only filter on inbound email, we don't restrict outgoing mail. There is however a suggestion for this type of features, so please use the 'suggest idea' function in the Kerio web admin interface to add to this suggestion.
