Hi Martin,

I have seen this happen in the past sometimes if the specguid.fld is corrupted. Normally this gets corrupted by an email client so what I would recommend is to try the following:

1 - Remove your account from all email clients

* If you happen to have Outlook with KOFF, remove the profile and then stop Kerio Connect, navigate to your user folder in the mail store and delete the folder '__keriomapi__STORE' and then start Kerio connect again

2 - Go into WebMail and delete all duplicate folders
3 - Stop Kerio Connect and navigate to your user folder in the mail store and remove the file specguid.fld or move it out of the Kerio folder
4 - Start Kerio Connect and use WebMail for a short period of time and see if the issue returns before adding your email account back into your email clients.

I hope this helps,

Vicky
