Hi There.

Is there a way of being able to pick up calls on Hold without using Call Parking?

I have a customer who is very stubborn about adapting Call Parking (a lady in her 50's). On her old Analogue System the physical line on hold was able to be picked up at another phone because the "Line" button was flashing.

Anything similar? Probably not as Digital lines work differently in the SIP world. Hopefully someone can help? The slotting of parked calls is a little confusing (even when I change the parked call function to avoid using *)

Once again, any help is appreciated.
