I have been using Kerio Connect web mail for work. I am no longer employed there but need access to some of the information in my email. Is there a way for me to move/ cut and paste/ copy and paste my emails in bulk through the folders onto a separate drive, such as a computer desktop or a USB drive? I am afraid that I will not have access to the information in my email much longer.

I'm not a very computer-saavy person, so the more simple the directions, the better Smile

Thank you!!

Hi GJ,

If you want to be able to drag and drop emails to a USB drive then you will need to setup an email client to connect to your email account. Then you will be able to save out copies of the emails to a pen drive.

You can download a free email client called ThunderBird that connects over IMAP. The only information you will need to know is your username, password, email address and server address (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com). Then you should be able to connect as long as the server ports are open on the server.

I hope this helps,
Vicky
