We're using Outlook 2007 with the online connector, and a problem has come up for us recently where we cannot search address books. If we go to Tools>Address Books, there is a message that the address list cannot be displayed. It seems to be related to either of the default contacts address books, as if we remove all the others, and uncheck display as address book, the message still appears and we still cannot search. We've tried creating a new mail profile but the problem remains. Wondering if anyone can suggest anything? The address books all seem to work ok in Webmail.
I can't be certain about it, but this may have started when we upgraded to 8.3.

In fact, after looking at it some more, it seems the address book service isn't working at all. If I go to Tools>Address Book and try and select any contacts folder, it just says they don't contain any contacts. I have seen that the solution for a broken address book service is to create a new profile, but that doesn't work either. The fact that this is happening on multiple computers suggests that this is related to KOC or the server.

Apologies, please ignore - I see this problem was dealt with in the 8.3.1 update.
