Seems we've been getting greylisting server errors starting around June 30th. Any news on this?

We have no information about issues with greylisting. What error exactly you get ?
Can you ping reputation-service.kerio.com ?

Make sure that there is no hardcoded static IP address for reputation server in your hosts file or DNS server. Betatesting users could did this in the past during testing period.

Please check the mailserver.cfg configuration. I suppose there is hard-coded IP address or hostname in Greylisting configuration.

Hi Pavel,
I found it in mailserver.cfg :
<table name="GlobalGreylistT">
<variable name="Enabled">1</variable>
<variable name="Server">173.245.80.251</variable>

And remove this IP.
All is now OK. Thanks for idea where to look.

Same here, found the wrong IP in mailserver.cfg. Didn't know if I was to remove that line with the IP or what, so I just updated the IP to 166.88.20.101 for now.

Leave that server name empty.
This happened to all betatesting users who missed a notice that this "testing" configuration change is no longer needed as it was only temporary.
